Machine Demonstration: Request a real machine operation video for the relevant model.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: The availability, scope and timing of an inspection must be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Third-Party Inspection: If required, please contact us in advance to discuss feasibility, inspection arrangements and any additional costs.

Shipping Terms and Delivery Options

We can request shipping quotations from freight forwarders and provide estimated freight and cargo insurance costs for your destination port, subject to confirmation. The available shipping options, costs, insurance coverage and delivery arrangements depend on the machine, shipment details, destination and applicable service availability.

Sea Freight and Cargo Insurance

Please provide your destination country and port so that we can request a shipping quotation. Freight charges and cargo insurance costs will be confirmed based on the details available at the time of quotation. Insurance availability, coverage, exclusions and premium must be confirmed with the relevant insurance provider before an order is finalized.

Incoterms® and Order Terms

Depending on the specific transaction and the arrangements confirmed with the relevant supplier and freight forwarder, suitable delivery terms may be discussed, including:

EXW (Ex Works): The buyer arranges collection from the named place, subject to the agreed EXW responsibilities.
FOB (Free On Board): For applicable sea or inland waterway shipments, the seller delivers the goods on board the vessel at the named port of shipment under the agreed FOB rule.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): For applicable sea or inland waterway shipments, the seller arranges and pays for carriage and the required insurance to the named destination port under the agreed CIF rule.

6. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage and support responsibilities must be confirmed for the specific machine and transaction.

Warranty Period: 12 months from the shipment date. Each machine ships with a warranty card.
Covered Components: During the warranty period, spare parts are provided free of charge for manufacturing defects.
Exclusions: Heating elements (resistive heating wire) and cooling fans are wear items and are not covered under free spare parts. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal consumable wear is excluded.
Technical Support Method: We provide face-to-face remote video guidance for machine operation, temperature and speed tuning for your specific materials. Support via email and WhatsApp.
Spare Parts Arrangements: Wear-and-tear parts are supplied at factory cost from stock and shipped quickly.
